Out of School / Holiday Playscheme
We are now running our out of school provision at 'the school house'. A beautiful victorian building that has been renovated collaboratively with school. This building is designed with the older children in mind.
It provides a safe and stimulating environment where your child can unwind after a busy day at school. There are lots of fun activities to take part in such as arts and crafts, Xbox, role play, board games and lots of outdoor play. The staff plan a full programme for the children to enjoy and the children are encouraged to be part of the planning process through kids committee meetings.
Our staff team are playwork trained and are qualified practitioners. They are passionate about delivering broad and fun activities for your child to enjoy. Children aged 4 - 13 years can attend the out of school club
The setting opens from 7.15am - we offer your child a selection of cereals, fruit, toast, fromage frais etc for your child and then we take them to school for 8.50am.
For those attending the after school club, we collect the children from their classes at 3.25pm, we then provide the children with a home cooked meal, for example - spaghetti bolognese, chicken curry and rice, chilli, sausage and mash etc; there is no need to cook their tea when they get home!!!.
We can collect your child from clubs, however we have one set fee for the evening. If your child has a particular dietary requirement we can support you with this and change our menu's so we are fully inclusive.
Holiday Playscheme
We run holiday playscheme's every school holiday and are open from 7.30am - 6.00pm everyday excluding bank holidays and the Christmas period. The days are full of exciting activities to do including trips such as the seaside, Yeadon Tarn, the park, swimming and much more. So you can be assured that your children will be well cared for by our qualified staff.
During the holidays we are conscious that your child is not at school so we hope to provide a fun and challenging environment that they will enjoy. Breakfast and an afternoon snack is provided. A packed lunch is required for each day your child attends.
The itinerary changes for each holiday - we have lots of fun planning themed weeks, please don't worry your child will not be sat on electronic devices all day we encourage lots of fresh air and team games.
Fee's & Payments
The preferred method of payment at Emma's Angels is standing order or work place vouchers. Payment is due on the 1st of each month in advance of your childcare. Should you have any difficulties paying your fees or need advice or support, please speak to Emma who will be happy to talk through matters in confidence.
Out of school fee's are based over 11 months and should you wish to terminate your place we require 1 months notice.
As holiday playscheme is booked on an adhoc basis, payment is due at the time of booking.
