What the Parents Say

Have a look at some of the fantastic things parents have to say about us.

Parents are a very important part of Emma's Angels. Our staff will keep you up to date with the activities and events we have planned through our monthly newsletters; babysdays and email. We want to be an extension of your family, we are not a drop and go nursery and we want you to feel involved and included. We carry out home visits before your child starts with us and we involve you throughout their time with us in lots of fun ways. We use a programme called babysdays to monitor and record your child's journey at Emma's Angels, it also means you can upload and log things you would like to share with us as part of this journey - supporting partnership working.

With A moving out of the baby room next week we just wanted to say thank you to everyone in the baby room for being so wonderful. We couldn't have chosen a better nursery, Lucy and all the staff have been fantastic and made this so easy for us.
Please pass my feedback on to Emma Dewhirst so she knows how wonderful her staff are!

Thanks
Justine & David

Just want to say thank you to you and your team for the past 5+ years, Emma's angels had really helped Harrison and Jenson grow.

Harrison still mentions the nursery all the time and his happy memories and I know Jenson will miss everyone there.

Thank you again and all the best for the future I know the nursery will continue to do amazing things.

Emma, Parents of Harrison and Jenson

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

As you know, I've been quite anxious about this new chapter for Frankie and me, and I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible support and reassurance your team in the baby room has provided this week. Emma K and Tosca, in particular, have been absolutely amazing, and I'll forever appreciate the patience and care they've shown Frankie.
It's clear to me that Frankie is genuinely cared for and already feels loved. Tosca mentioned today that Frankie has been giving out kisses—a rare treat she still reserves from some family members—so that speaks volumes!

We've been really impressed with how the staff at Emma's Angels have worked closely with us in ensuring  each of our three girls are cared for as individuals.

The end of day feedback is excellent and the staff are always willing to listen and work with you. Our children have formed very close bonds with the Practitioners and the other children at the nursery.

The Practitioners have a genuine interest in the children, always engaging and interacting at their level.
