Safeguarding your children and family is at the forefront of everything we do at Emma's Angels.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; we have robust policies, procedures and practices in place. These are monitored and reviewed by our four Designated Safeguarding Leads. Only staff who have received safer recruitment training, take part in the process of recruitment.
Our team members are subject to a rigorous approach to Safer Recruitment; with all team members holding an Enhanced DBS Certificate which we have carried out and is routinely checked on the DBS Update Service.
Our team know the expectations of our approach and actively champion our tight Safeguarding Culture every single day.
